Event Reservations

DFPD welcomes your event!  Please fill out the following form to reserve our event room.  We have a maximum room occupancy of 65 people.  DFPD reqires a $50 cleaning/damage deposit.  If paying by check, the deposit will be held pending a positive post event inspection.  Deposits can be dropped off at or mailed to the Station:  4580 I-70 Frontage Road, De Beque, CO 81630. 

You can also make a credit/debit card deposit on our Money Matters webpage.  Deposits made by credit/debit cards will have a bank credit/debit card fee added to the deposit (less than $3).  Upon a positive post event inspection, a refund of $50 will be initiated toward the card used for the orginal deposit. 

DFPD reserves the right to keep any deposit in the event of a negative post event inspection.  Please call the District office at 970-283-8632 with any questions.
