Fireworks Display or Pyrotechnics Special Effects Permit Application

APPLICATION MUST BE FILED AT LEAST FOURTEEN (14) DAYS PRIOR TO EVENT BY THE DISPLAY OR SPECIAL EFFECTS COMPANY

Permit Fee: If a fee is required, you will be notified after submission of the permit application. Make check payable to De Beque Fire Protection District or pay by credit/debit card on the DFPD website under Money Matters tab. Credit/Debit card bank fees will be added to the permit fee.

DFPD may require a pyrotechnics demonstration prior to the event. The Inspector will contact the Display Company if one is required.
